I am a 6 year combat veteran Marine who has always protected and put people first. I have over 15 years of food, beverage, Pharmaceutical and GMP experience. I am a dedicated and results-driven Process and Validation Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. 

My journey in this field has equipped me with a diverse skill set and a relentless commitment to excellence. I specialize in implementing Six Sigma methodologies, and I am well-versed in adhering to ICH/GCP/GLP/GMP guidelines. My approach is deeply rooted in lean manufacturing principles, which I leverage to drive continuous improvement and maximize operational efficiency. One of my core strengths lies in equipment validation and qualification, an area where precision and attention to detail are paramount. Additionally, I have successfully managed external manufacturing processes, led regulatory submissions, and navigated complex audits and inspections.
